By accessing, registering on, or in any way using the lock55 platform — including its website, mobile browser interface, games, sports betting markets, cashier, promotional features, or any other service offered under the lock55 brand — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your lock55 account credentials, including your username and password. lock55 strongly recommends choosing a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service, and updating it regularly.

You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Access to your lock55 account by a third party — whether authorised by you or otherwise — remains your sole responsibility, and any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use is treated as your own action for the purposes of these Terms & Conditions.

• Use a password of at least 10 characters combining uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not save your password in shared or public devices.
• Log out completely after each session, especially on mobile devices.

lock55 will never contact you by email, chat, or phone to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from lock55 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team without delay.

lock55 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, and USDT TRC20. All deposit and withdrawal transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits published in the lock55 Cashier at the time of the transaction.

Deposits are reflected in your lock55 balance promptly following successful confirmation by the relevant payment provider. lock55 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems, network outages, or errors on the part of the player's bank or mobile wallet.

• Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within 24 hours under normal operating conditions.

lock55 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to its players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting reload bonuses. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms & Conditions as well as the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all lock55 bonuses:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time window specified in the promotion's individual terms. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of this window.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless lock55 explicitly states that multiple bonuses can be combined.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• lock55 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, modify wagering requirements, or void bonuses awarded in error or obtained through abuse.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other players to generate artificial wagering volume — is a prohibited activity under Section 7 of these Terms & Conditions.

In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, the English-language version of the relevant promotion's terms as published on the lock55 platform at the time of the offer shall be the authoritative reference document.

All bets placed on lock55 — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports markets, or any other product available on the platform — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that game or market. These rules are accessible within the relevant game interface or sports betting market and form part of your agreement with lock55.

lock55 reserves the right to void any bet or wager under the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed as a result of a technical error, software malfunction, or pricing error on the part of lock55.
• The outcome of the event or game was knowingly influenced by the player, a third party, or circumstances outside the rules of the relevant sport or game.
• The bet was placed after the event or game outcome was determined, whether due to system latency or deliberate exploitation of delayed data feeds.
• The bet was placed by an ineligible player or from a restricted account.

In the event of a voided bet, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance. Winnings associated with a voided bet are not payable. lock55's decision on voided bets is final subject to the formal dispute resolution procedure available through the support team.

lock55 sets its own betting limits for all markets. Maximum single-bet limits, maximum payout limits, and market suspension decisions are at the operator's sole discretion and are not subject to negotiation or adjustment on an individual basis.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lock55 platform. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where the conduct is potentially criminal in nature:

• Creating more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any lock55 software.

Any unauthorised use of lock55 intellectual property is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may constitute an infringement of applicable law. lock55 reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms & Conditions.

lock55's total aggregate liability to any individual player arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lock55 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or delay. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, and third-party system failures may affect platform availability from time to time. lock55 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance in advance where practicable.
